Thanks. I always got mad at the people who claim elections are only secure if we use paper. The term "stuffing the ballot box" has non-metaphorical origins.

Paper ballots are fine, with automated counting (with spot checks). But reading unserious people say "hand count all ballots Election nigh"t are like missing some logic

I also love everyone saying "why can't you count like Florida" and I'm like "did you NOT vote in the 2000 election?"

That's not fair anymore. After the 2000 debacle, Florida completely revamped their system. It's easy to vote, there's no-excuse absentee balloting, and standard methods, and they start counting long before election day. Jeb Bush was behind all this. They learned their lesson from 2000.
